What a beautiful weekend we just had! I have a few upcoming events that we would like to share with you.
Associate Engagement Survey
Thank you all so much for taking the time to take this survey. I am proud that 93% of our associate WERE HEARD by taking the survey. Now, we wait for a few weeks until we get the results. Department feedback and action planning sessions will come next.
Street Clean Up – This Saturday, October 19th
If you would like to sign up, please stop by the HR office today. We meet on Knox Road in Keller by the tall water tower at 9am. This is a family friendly event (pet friendly too). We would love to have you join us. This typically lasts about two hours.
Peer Trainer – Selection Time – Applications due by October 22nd
Our Peer Trainers serve as a Peer Trainer for one year. Each year, we open up the opportunities for associates to apply to be a Peer Trainer. Medical Insurance Open Enrollment – October 28th to November 8th
If you are full time, Open Enrollment time is when you can make changes to your benefits such as adding insurance, adding dependents, changing your insurance coverage, re-doing your Flexible Spending Account, and more. If you’re full time, look for more information coming out soon with dates and times of our Info Sessions, rates and more!
Halloween Pumpkin Contest – October 31st
Now is the time you have been waiting for….our 12thannual Halloween Pumpkin Contest! Each department can enter a Pumpkin for this contest. If you are super creative, let your department manager know so you can get involved! Pumpkin pick-up will be October 24thwith the contest on October 31st!
Blood Drive – Thursday, November 7th
Our next blood drive will be Thursday, November 7th. If you are working, you can donate blood while you are on the clock. Our community is definitely in need of increasing our blood supply as we head into the holiday season. If you are interested in donating, please contact your leader to sign up. All employees are welcome to donate!
