Our sports tournaments and competitions unite associates for fun and team-building while raising money for our community and the Pyramid Cares Associate Relief Fund. Paid Time Off & Holidays
Full-time and Part-time associates are eligible for up to 14 days of paid days off supporting flexibility throughout the year.
Unlike most hotels, our property closes for most major holidays - often providing extended breaks to our team. Full-time associates receive up to 10 days of holiday pay during these closures, helping them enjoy meaningful rest and time with loved ones.

Pyramid CARES
As part of the Benchmark family, our associates have access to support through the Pyramid CARES Associate Relief Fund. This program was established by our parent company, Pyramid, to provide immediate financial assistance to eligible associates experiencing unforeseen disasters or personal hardship.
