Tournaments & Associate Competitions
Our sports tournaments and friendly competitions bring associates together for fun and team-building, while also raising money for our community and the Pyramid Cares Associate Relief Fund. The Fun Cart is a beloved tradition and a highlight for our associates! Throughout the year, we roll out the cart filled with snacks, treats, and drinks to surprise and delight the team. Every visit has a new theme—ranging from festive holidays and seasonal celebrations to nostalgic throwbacks from different decades. Themed decorations, playful music, and costume accessories make each Fun Cart experience lively and memorable, helping everyone take a well-deserved break, connect, and recharge.

Paid Time Off & Holidays
Full-time and Part-time associates are eligible for up to 14 days of paid days off supporting flexibility throughout the year.
Unlike most hotels, our property closes for most major holidays - often providing extended breaks to our team. Full-time associates receive up to 10 days of holiday pay during these closures, helping them enjoy meaningful rest and time with loved ones.
