Event Support Assistant Manager
I began my journey with Benchmark in 2018 as a part-time server at the Market Restaurant while attending the University of North Texas. I later transitioned into the Banquets department, continuing in a server role. Although I was initially uncertain about my long-term career path, I quickly recognized the great culture and values of Benchmark, and I knew I wanted to grow within the company.
After earning my degree, I was eager to take the next step in my professional development and joined the Event Management team. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in several roles, including Resource Management Coordinator, Resource Manager, and currently, Assistant Event Support Manager. Each position has offered invaluable experiences that have helped shape my career and deepen my appreciation for the organization.
Beyond professional growth, Benchmark has also had a meaningful impact on my personal life—I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside many incredible colleagues, including two of my siblings, and even met my husband here. I’m proud to work for a company that not only prioritizes employee development, but also actively gives back to the community through engaging events and charitable initiatives.
