Event Set Up Manager

I began my career at Deloitte University with Benchmark Pyramid in 2018, after being introduced to the industry by the former General Manager at DU, Creston Woods.

My journey started in the front office as a bell attendant, where I eventually advanced into the role of Peer Trainer. After my first year with the company, I was given the opportunity to transfer to the Event Management department as a floor supervisor. Unfortunately, shortly after the transition, the COVID-19 pandemic forced our doors to temporarily close.

During my first year and a half with the company, I knew I would return after the pandemic. The support and tools provided by leadership through the building helped me grow both personally and professionally.

When operations resumed, I briefly resumed my role as a supervisor before being promoted to assistant manager. Just six months later, I earned another promotion this time to Department Head of Event Set Ups.

Over the past six years at Deloitte University, I’ve been fortunate to work under outstanding leaders who have played a pivotal role in shaping the manager I am today. Benchmark has continuously invested time and energy into my development, setting me up for long-term success. I’m excited about my continued growth and development with Benchmark Pyramid.
